Professor Zita A. Vale, Full Professor at ISEP, Polytechnic of Porto (ISEP/IPP), was awarded the 2022 “IEEE PES Technical Committee Working Group Recognition Award for Outstanding Standard or Guide” as a Main Contributor of the Intelligent Systems Subcommittee (ISS) Working Group on Modern Metaheuristic Optimization (WGMHO) by the Analytical Methods in Power Systems Committee of the IEEE Power & Energy Society.
