Partners of the IoTalentum project, an Innovative Training Networks (ITN) funded by Horizon 2020 Marie Skłodowska-Curie Action (H2020-MSCA-ITN-2020-953442) have meet between 4th-8th July 2022 in Eindhoven, Netherlands at the TU/e campus. This was the third network meeting and included the participation of Universidad de Valladolid (UVa), Eindhoven University of Technology (TU/e), Aalborg University (AAU), Universidad de Salamanca (USAL), Instituto Superior de Engenharia do Porto (ISEP), Aarhus University (AU), Wind Tre S.p.A. (WINDTRE), Telefónica I+D (TID), Simples Energia – PH Energia, NVIDIA and Chocolate Cloud.
The meeting included several sessions related with the project’s workpackages and presentations from early-stage career researchers. The ESRs had the opportunity to assist a training workshop about IoT Infrastructures: Networks and Computing workshop and another on Ethics and Academic Integrity. From ISEP, the ESR Mr. Ubaid presented his PhD research with the title “Energy management models for smart grids and smart buildings supported by internet of thing devices” where the main research question is “How can IoT-based models for smart buildings and smart grids bring benefits to energy consumers?”.
