Project

SPET

Name
Secure interactions and trusted Participation in local Electricity Trading

Description
The SPET project focuses on contributing to the study and definition of local electricity markets (LEM) that allow small consumers to actively participate in the market, through mechanisms that offer secure interactions. Technological advances in sensors and sensor networks, and the Internet of Things, will be the basis for the definition and implementation of a new approach in which the cyber-physical characteristics of consumer infrastructures will be used to obtain detailed data, whose cross-analysis, through Artificial Intelligence techniques, will allow the definition of more complete and accurate profiles.
